The July 7 "On the Water" mentoring session was a hit, despite high winds and showers.  Jim Magee and Rod Fields wisely moved the group of about two dozen folks off the beach and underneath the yacht club building.  With the aid of a few HOSSFLY old timers, Jim and Rod went through the basics of stripping line, hook setting, playing fish, and landing fish.  The discussion was very lively, with lots of good questions from the group and a few good laughs as volunteers playing the role of fish were 'landed.'
